Beltone Industrial Fund

Beltone Industrial Fund is one of the issuances under Beltone Multi-Issuance Fund "Tharwat" - the fifth issuance. It focuses on investing in industrial companies listed on the Egyptian Exchange, aiming to achieve capital growth over the medium and long term through direct exposure to productive sectors tied to the real economy, such as basic industries, raw materials, industrial services, building materials, energy, and supporting services.

The fund follows a specialized sector-based investment strategy, directing the majority of its assets into industrial stocks listed on the Egyptian Exchange, with a minimum allocation of 90% of total assets at any given time, while cash liquidity is capped at 10% of assets. The fund may not invest more than 20% of its assets in the securities of a single company, and its holdings in any one company may not exceed 20% of that company's total outstanding securities.

The fund carries a relatively high risk profile given its concentration in equities within a specific sector making it well-suited for investors who can tolerate short-term market volatility in pursuit of the long-term growth potential of Egypt's industrial sector and the possibility of achieving superior returns over time.
