Arope Money Market Fund

Arope Money Market Fund is an open-ended investment fund with a cumulative return objective, designed to enhance short-term liquidity through investments in money market instruments and low-risk fixed-income securities, while maintaining a high level of liquidity and offering investors the ability to subscribe and redeem units on a daily basis. The fund’s investments are managed by CFH Asset Management, while Arope Misr Life Insurance acts as the founding entity of the fund.

Arope Fund follows a conservative investment approach focused on preserving liquidity and investing in short-term instruments with strong credit quality. Up to 90% of the fund’s net assets may be invested in bank deposits, while up to 100% may be allocated to Egyptian treasury bills. Investments in corporate bonds and financing sukuk are capped at 49% of total assets, provided that such instruments maintain a minimum credit rating of BBB in accordance with ratings approved by the Financial Regulatory Authority.

To strengthen risk management, investments in any single financial instrument may not exceed 10% of the fund’s net assets, except for government securities. In addition, the portfolio must maintain a weighted average maturity of no more than 150 days in line with the regulations governing money market funds.
