Azimut Gold Fund (AZ-Gold) is one of the leading gold investment funds in the Egyptian market. It is the first issuance of the Azimut Precious Metals Fund, launched through a partnership between Azimut Egypt and Evolve Investment to provide investors with access to physical gold through a regulated investment structure that complies with Islamic Sharia principles.

The fund invests directly in physical gold bullion certified in accordance with international RJC standards, with specialized institutions responsible for the custody and insurance of the gold. This enables investors to gain direct exposure to gold price movements without the need to purchase, store, or safeguard the metal themselves, while avoiding the costs and operational challenges associated with physical ownership.

The fund follows a highly focused investment strategy, allocating the majority of its assets to physical gold. Gold holdings may account for up to 95% of total assets, while a limited portion is maintained in liquid instruments to facilitate day-to-day operations and meet redemption requests.
