Beltone Real Estate Fund

Beltone Real Estate Fund is a sector-focused equity fund that aims to capitalize on opportunities within the real estate space and its related activities in the Egyptian market, through active management targeting companies that are directly linked to real estate growth cycles.

The fund’s strategy is centered on allocating the majority of its assets to this sector, with at least 80% of net assets invested in equities of companies operating in areas such as real estate development, construction, and building materials. This provides concentrated exposure to a sector considered one of the key drivers of economic growth.

On the other hand, up to 20% of the fund’s assets may be allocated to more liquid or complementary investments, including money market funds, fixed income instruments, and bank deposits, with the aim of enhancing liquidity and mitigating risk during periods of market volatility.

The fund also adheres to strict diversification limits to reduce concentration risk, with exposure to a single company capped at 15%, and a maximum of 20% allocated to another fund or related parties, helping maintain a balanced portfolio despite its sector-focused nature.

As such, the fund offers investors direct and concentrated exposure to Egypt’s real estate sector, with the potential for high returns during growth cycles, accompanied by a relatively higher level of risk due to its sector concentration.
