Mubasher Capital Daily Cumulative Return Fund - Cash Mubasher

Cash Mubasher Fund is an Egyptian Pound fixed income fund that aims to generate cumulative returns while maintaining a high level of liquidity and effective risk management. The fund invests in short-term debt instruments such as Treasury Bills, bank deposits, and bank certificates, making it a suitable option for investors seeking an alternative to traditional bank accounts and deposits, with the ability to subscribe and redeem on a daily basis in accordance with the fund's terms.

The investment policy of the Cash Mubasher Fund is based on a set of investment limits designed to achieve a balance between liquidity and risk management. Up to 80% of the fund's total investments may be held in liquid assets, including current accounts, bank deposits, and certificates of deposit, to ensure sufficient liquidity for meeting redemption requests. The fund may also invest up to 100% of its assets in Egyptian Treasury Bills, in addition to investing up to 70% in short-term certificates issued by the Central Bank of Egypt or banks supervised by it.

As part of its portfolio diversification strategy, investments in Egyptian Treasury Bonds, corporate bonds, and Sukuk may not collectively exceed 70% of the fund's total investments. Investments in repurchase agreements (repos) are limited to a maximum of 50%. Investments in Egyptian corporate bonds may not exceed 40% of total investments, provided that such bonds maintain a minimum credit rating of BBB in accordance with the minimum acceptable rating.

The Cash Mubasher Fund follows a cumulative return policy and therefore does not distribute periodic cash dividends to unitholders. Instead, returns are reflected through a gradual increase in the fund's Net Asset Value (NAV), allowing investors to realize their gains by redeeming part or all of their fund units.
