Fadda Mubasher Fund is an open-ended investment fund that enables investors to gain exposure to silver without the need to purchase or store silver bullion themselves. The fund invests primarily in high-purity silver bullion (999), while allocating a portion of its assets to fixed-income instruments for liquidity management.

The investment strategy of the Fadda Mubasher Fund is based on allocating assets between direct investment in silver and fixed-income instruments to balance exposure to silver price movements with liquidity management. The fund allocates between 50% and 95% of its net assets to silver bullion, while up to 50% may be invested in fixed-income instruments such as bank deposits, Treasury Bills, Treasury Bonds, money market funds, and fixed-income funds. The fund also maintains a minimum of 5% of its net assets in cash or cash equivalents to meet its obligations and redemption requests.

The fund invests only in silver with a minimum purity of 999, which must be officially hallmarked by the competent authorities and held in the form of bullion bars weighing 1,000 grams or multiples thereof. The Investment Manager also follows a diversified investment approach to reduce concentration risk while applying the highest standards of professional care in selecting and managing the fund's investments.

The fund values its silver holdings based on the quoted offer price in Egyptian Pounds per gram of 999-purity silver, using the approved pricing references in the Egyptian market. Through its portfolio structure, the fund aims to maintain a strong correlation between the fund unit's performance and the price of silver.
