Menthum Grow Fund

Menthum Grow Fund for Investment in EGX30 Capped Index Stocks is an open-ended investment fund that aims to grow investors' capital over the long term by investing in the stocks comprising the EGX30 Capped Index, which includes the largest companies listed on the Egyptian Exchange in terms of liquidity and trading activity, while applying a maximum weighting cap for each company within the index. This provides investors with exposure to a broad range of economic sectors while reducing concentration risk in a limited number of stocks.

The fund follows a capital accumulation approach, meaning it does not distribute periodic cash dividends to investors. Instead, it reinvests the profits generated by the portfolio, which is reflected in the growth of the fund's Net Asset Value (NAV) over time. Menthum also enables investors to subscribe, purchase, and redeem fund units electronically, primarily through the Menthum application.

The Investment Manager adheres to a set of investment guidelines designed to maintain the fund's alignment with the index while managing risk. At least 90% of the fund's net assets must be invested in the stocks comprising the index.

The fund may also maintain cash and cash equivalents of up to 10% of its net assets. This portion may be invested in bank deposits, cash accounts, money market fund units, and debt or fixed-income fund units to meet liquidity requirements.

The Information Memorandum also imposes a number of additional investment limits. The fund's investment in the units of any other investment fund may not exceed 5% of the total units of that fund. In addition, investments in the securities of a single company may not exceed 15% of the fund's net assets or 20% of the securities issued by that company.
