Cairo Capital Momentum Cumulative Fund

Cairo Capital Momentum Cumulative Fund is an open-ended investment fund that aims to achieve long-term capital growth through active management based on stock selection, with a focus on companies showing positive price trends. The fund may also allocate a portion of its assets to cash or low-risk instruments to manage liquidity.

Momentum fund follows a dynamic investment approach that relies on monitoring market movements and performance analysis, without being tied to a specific benchmark, with continuous portfolio reallocation in response to market changes.

The fund may distribute annual profits at the discretion of the investment manager, typically at the end of December each year, either in the form of cash distributions or bonus units, which are credited to investors’ accounts at the beginning of the following year. Such distributions are not guaranteed and depend on the fund’s performance, management decision, and regulatory approval.

The investment manager is entitled to a performance fee of 20% of the fund’s net profits during the calculation period, applied only to returns exceeding the average yield of 90-day Egyptian treasury bills after taxes, calculated in accordance with the prospectus.

For clarity, all fees—including management and performance fees are fully embedded in the Net Asset Value (NAV), and no fees are directly charged upon redemption.
