Mubasher Fixed Income Fund USD

Dollar Mubasher Fixed Income Fund is an open-ended investment fund with a cumulative return, denominated in U.S. Dollars. It aims to grow investors' capital by investing in a diversified portfolio of U.S. Dollar-denominated fixed-income instruments. The fund is designed for investors seeking to invest their U.S. Dollar savings in low-risk financial instruments, while reinvesting the generated returns within the fund, allowing the unit value to grow over time.

The fund's investment policy is based on a set of investment limits that regulate asset allocation and risk management. It may invest up to 95% of its net assets in U.S. Dollar-denominated Treasury Bills and government bonds, up to 65% in U.S. Dollar-denominated corporate Sukuk and corporate bonds, up to 25% in U.S. Dollar-denominated fixed-income instruments approved by the Financial Regulatory Authority (FRA), up to 20% in U.S. Dollar-denominated fixed-income mutual funds, and up to 90% in U.S. Dollar certificates of deposit with banks.

The Prospectus also requires that debt instruments held by the fund have a minimum credit rating of BBB- or its equivalent, with Egyptian sovereign U.S. Dollar-denominated government debt exempt from this requirement. In addition, the fund is subject to investment diversification limits, whereby investments in securities issued by a single company may not exceed 10% of the fund's net assets, while investments in debt instruments issued by a single issuer or a related group may not exceed 15% of the fund's net assets. The fund allows daily subscriptions, while redemptions are processed weekly every Monday, in accordance with the procedures and timelines specified in the Prospectus.
