Beltone Sabayek Fund is built on the physical ownership of gold rather than financial derivatives or futures contracts. At least 80% of the fund’s net assets are allocated to the purchase of physical gold bars with a purity of 999.9, certified according to international standards. In contrast, no more than 20% of the fund’s assets are held in cash instruments and bank deposits to efficiently manage liquidity and meet daily redemption requests.

Beltone Sabayek treats gold as an investment asset within a diversified financial portfolio rather than merely a traditional savings or store-of-value instrument. Gold bars are purchased through authorized and specialized gold trading entities and are held by an independent custodian with full insurance coverage of up to 100% of their market value, allowing investors to benefit from gold ownership without the burdens of storage, insurance, or verification of purity and quality.

The valuation of Beltone Sabayek Fund’s assets is based on gold prices published daily in the Egyptian market and linked to global gold prices. As a result, the fund’s unit price reflects movements in gold prices directly while reducing the impact of manufacturing premiums and the wide bid-ask spreads typically associated with purchasing gold bars individually.

Beltone Sabayek Fund also offers a high degree of liquidity compared to holding physical gold, as investors can subscribe to or redeem fund units during official business days in accordance with the terms and conditions set out in the prospectus.
