The Fund may invest up to 40% each in money market instruments, money market funds, and debt instrument funds; up to 10% each in private credit funds, trade finance funds, Ijara funds, and securitization products; and up to 15% each in derivatives and structured products.
Exposure to any single counterparty or group may not exceed 25% of net assets, and investment in illiquid assets may not exceed 10%. Investment in debt instruments issued by the Government of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and denominated in a currency other than the Saudi Riyal may not exceed 35% of net asset value.
The Fund's benchmark is the S&P GCC Sukuk Index.
Subscription and redemption requests are accepted every Monday and Wednesday, except for official holidays in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Redemption proceeds are paid no later than the end of the fifth business day following the dealing day on which the redemption price was determined.
