The Fund Manager reserves the right to approve full or partial distribution of periodic income received from the Fund’s investments, as well as realized capital gains, in the best interests of the Unitholders. Distributions are made twice annually within 10 business days from the end of June and December, subject to the approval of the Fund’s Board of Directors.
Valuation Days are from Monday to Friday, provided that they are business days in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the United States of America, while Dealing Days are from Monday to Thursday, provided that they are business days in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the United States of America. The Unit Price is announced on the next business day in the Kingdom following the Valuation Day, while redemption proceeds are made available to the Investor no later than the end of business on the fourth business day following the Valuation Day on which the redemption price was determined.
